Stephanie Vanderwest

OPERATIONS MANAGER / MENTOR STYLIST

With 14 years behind the chair and 7 years as a cosmetology educator, Stephanie brings both expertise and passion to Meraki. She specializes in grey blending, extensions, and customized color while also mentoring new stylists to reach their full potential. Known for her fun, energetic spirit and commitment to growth, Stephanie embodies "Beauty Created with Purpose" both with her clients and behind the scenes as a leader.

Kati is an established talent with a true passion for people and a gift for creating beautiful color, cuts, and butterfly extensions. Known for her caring nature and exceptional customer service, she shines with long razored layers and colors, especially reds and coppers, while bringing skill and heart to every style. Mallory McNeill

INDEPENDENT ESTHETICIAN

An established esthetician with a passion for skincare, Mallory prides herself on customer care and results-driven education. She’s known for creating ultimate relaxation in her facials while offering real treatment options tailored to each guest. Bubbly, energetic, and modern, Mallory is the ultimate girls’ girl, bringing "Beauty Created with Purpose" to every service, from glowing skin to fabulous lashes and brows to expert waxing, she is the perfect esthetician for Meraki's guests.

Taylor is a seasoned color specialist with a passion for lived-in colors, trendy haircuts, and Brazilian blowouts. She blends determination and professionalism with a luxury twist, while keeping the vibe comfortable and approachable. Known for creating modern, trend-forward styles, Taylor makes every appointment feel both effortless and elevated. Crystal Hayden

INDEPENDENT MASSAGE THERAPIST/ CERTIFIED IN ELECTRO LYMPHATIC THERAPY

With over 15 years of experience and direct training under chiropractic care, Crystal specializes in therapeutic massage with a holistic focus on overall wellness. She offers a wide range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, gua sha, and the use of natural oils and tools to support healing. A great listener and solution-based practitioner, she is passionate about helping clients feel their best. One of her signature treatments, the Flow & Glow Lymphatic Facial Massage is designed to reduce puffiness, promote circulation, and enhance natural radiance. In addition, Crystal is certified in Electro Lymphatic Therapy, using advanced techniques to support detoxification, circulation, and the body's natural ability to heal. Lindsey is a detail-oriented nail artist specializing in builder gel, Gel-X, and gel polish. A fresh talent with a love for transformation, she pairs her fashionable eye with a fun personality to deliver flawless nails and an elevated guest experience, always staying true to Meraki's vision of "Beauty Created with Purpose." To further embrace her love for fashion, she owns a boutique that can be shopped online and at Meraki.

A seasoned stylist with a background in cosmetology education, Michaela blends a luxury focused touch with a fun, approachable personality. She loves extensions, blonding, and custom color, and is known for creating effortless styles that make her guests feel confident and cared for. LEAD STYLIST

Erin specializes in blonding, lived-in color, grey blending, balayage, and dimensional brunettes. With Butterfly Extensions being a newfound passion of hers. An established talent with a passion for hair, she pairs her fun personality with a luxury focused touch to create seamless transformations and unforgettable guest experiences. ASSOCIATE STYLIST

Lauren specializes in blonding and vibrant vivids, bringing creativity and warmth to every guest experience. With deep roots in the beauty industry and years of experience from West Virginia to South Carolina, she’s passionate about helping each client feel confident and beautiful while embracing Meraki's "Beauty created with purpose" ideology.

As a graduate of Meraki’s mentor program, Cadence is a new talent grown from within, skilled in blonding, blowouts, styling, and extensions. Known for her kindness and eagerness to learn, she’s a natural talent who brings fresh energy to the salon while delivering "Beauty Created with Purpose" to every guest.

Maycee Garrison

ASSOCIATE STYLIST

As a new talent graduate from Meraki’s rigorous mentor program, meaning she was trained directly under our Mentor Stylist and Owner. Maycee is perfecting her skills in blonding, blowouts, and extensions. Though quiet at first, her sense of humor always shines through, making guests feel instantly comfortable. She’s a natural at creating effortless styles while bringing “Beauty Created with Purpose” to every service.

Brooke Childers

CO-STYLIST

As a mentee stylist, Brooke is refining her skills under the guidance of a mentor stylist. She is kind and soft spoken, with a genuine love for others. Brooke's interests are in blonding, blowouts, and extensions. She creates a calm and welcoming experience for guests and places a strong emphasis of "Beauty Created with Purpose" for every service.

Audrey Hine

CO-STYLIST

As a mentee stylist expanding her knowledge directly under the supervision of a mentor stylist, Audrey is passionate about learning and growing in her craft of men's cutting, coloring and extensions. She loves connecting with guests and creating a welcoming experience while embracing our salon motto "Beauty Created with Purpose."

Alisha Spangler

CEO / FOUNDER

As a seasoned stylist and visionary leader, Alisha prides herself on building genuine relationships and creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Her passion for developing a team of like-minded professionals has shaped Meraki & Co. into a true destination salon and spa, where "Beauty is Created with Purpose" and clients feel cared for inside and out while providers feel heard, supported and inspired to genuinely give their best to others. If Alisha has ever had the opportunity to care for you in her chair, you know how genuine she is. She pours her all into every person that walks through the doors of Meraki, making sure every guest is greeted, acknowledged, truly known, comfortable, and happy with their service. In an attempt to create longevity for the salon and a place that she set out to create to begin with, She has created our Mentor program where a seasoned stylist, including herself at times, takes on the role of mentoring a new talent stylist, pouring everything they know into the Mentee, in an attempt to create more of the stylists you have grown to know and love. With that, you will always have a piece of Alisha at Meraki regardless of her physical presence and if you receive an experience any less than, she wants to hear about it and be given the opportunity to improve. In her eyes, improvement is always the goal, as we can always be better than we were yesterday.
