We are passionate about engaging all of the senses, ensuring every visit is rejuvenating and heart felt. Meet Our Team
Salon Policies
*We require at least a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule request to avoid our cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you fail to confirm your appointment within the 24 hour window. A valid credit card must be kept on file to validate all appointments. If you are new to the salon, you may be asked to enter your information online prior to the appointment.
*We do not tolerate no shows, if you no show an appointment, you will only be permitted back to the salon if you pay the missed booked appointment in full. Canceling 30 minutes before your appointment is considered a no show. We require 24 hours cancellation. We understand that emergencies happen, however it is still your responsibility to cover the appointment cost you were booked for. If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment, our service provider is unable to compensate for the time and money lost.
*Depending on the service booked, you may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit that will go toward the total service cost, unless you no show or cancel in less than the 24 hour window, the deposit will be forfeited. This cancellation expectation also applies to changing the type of service/s that were booked at the day of appointment. (Ex: Booked for color and cut, but decided on cut only the day of appointment).
*Please be on time for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be cut short and may result in an unfinished look for the fully booked amount.
*Please no extra guests, we love to see everyone, but the salon floor can be dangerous, especially to little ones. We strive to provide a comfortable, relaxing experience for all of our guests, assisting us in bringing less people to your appointment, help us provide that experience to you and others.
*Many of our service providers are independent contractors, they set their own schedules and pricing. We work by appointment, if you walk-in we will try to accommodate you, however you may be asked to schedule an appointment for a future date.
*We do not offer refunds! We do stand by our work, therefore if you are unhappy, contact your stylist within 5 days of your service, we are happy to make a minor one time service adjustment, however this is only if the issue was an oversight of the stylist. The adjustment does not apply to color correction services. If you are requesting a service change, you may be asked to cover product costs or pay for the full service you are requesting. (Ex: asked for balayage, changed mind 3 days later for highlights)
